Innoshare is the advisory Tobias Börner founded in 2012. Consulting, investments and co-founding. It is the vehicle the rest of the work has been built out of.

Innoshare started as the name I put on freelance growth work in 2012. It became the structure everything else grew out of.

The pattern repeated often enough to be a method: find a product with real retention, build the growth engine that gets it to scale, then either operate it or hand it to a team that can.

Today Innoshare is where the investments, advisory mandates and new company ideas live before they have a name of their own.
